At Pro Audio, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have the perfect sound for your setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges on all eligible equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pro Audio account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
